Greetings lovely heARTburners! ❤️🔥 The countdown is down to the final days and we are so excited to welcome you to our favourite Valentine’s tradition. So here’s our ultimate guide to a seamless night:

Go Time:

🕖 7:00 PM: Doors Open!

🕖 7:00 PM-ish: heARTburner Bingo! Join our long-time favorite host, Dr. Steve, for a fun and relaxed icebreaker. It’s the perfect way to meet new friends and get into the spirit of the night.

“Essential Items" Checklist:

🪪 ID: Mandatory for entry (18+ Event).

🎟️ The Name: Tickets are under the ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S NAME. Know that name before you hit the front of the line!

🥤 Your Cup: Bring your own reusable vessel for water and bar drinks. (Compostable cups available for $1).

💳 Payment: Cash or Credit for the Bar and Cafe. (No ATM on-site).

🧥 Layers: Pack a bag of warm layers for the walk home; we have a FREE coat check room!

Parking:

🚗 Free Window: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM in the artsPlace lot and other designated spots.

🚗 Pro-Tip: Use the Blinkay app to manage your parking so you don't get a surprise ticket in the morning.

Photo & Consent Policy:

We’re a mostly open photo policy event and we love having everyone capture the magic, but we do have a couple of reminders:

📸 The "No-Photo" Zone: No photos or videos inside the Coat Room Cafe (due to the nature of the performances).

📸 Everywhere Else: Feel free to snap photos of Art, Performers, DJs and Stages!

📸 Consent First: Always ask before taking photos of individuals you don’t know. 

Safety & Security:

🎒 Bag Searches: Greeters will check for alcohol, weapons, and prohibited items at the door.

🧸Harm Reduction: If you feel uncomfortable or need assistance, find a Care Bear or anyone on the Production Team. We’ve got your back!
