HeARTburn 2025 Important Info!!

Doors open at 7:30pm!!

  • 🧊 Icebreaker event starts shortly after doors open, at 7:30pm. This year our long time favourite host Dr. Steve will be running HeARTburner Bingo! Make new friends at this fun and relaxed icebreaker. 
  • 🚗 Canmore parking - there is free parking from 8pm to 8am in Canmore in designated spots, but otherwise, beware – the town has been aggressively ticketing people. This includes grocery store parking lots. The best way to pay for parking is with the Blinkay app. 
  • 🥤Bring your own cup, as per burner custom. Otherwise we will have compostable cups available for $1. 
  • 🪪 Bring your I.D. This is an 18+ event and ID is needed for entry and drink ticket purchases.
  • 🎟️ Tickets will be listed under the original purchaser’s name on the guestlist, so please make sure you know the name associated with your TICKETS!!! 
  • 💵 Bring CASH or CREDIT CARD for the bar and/or cafe, so you can enjoy all the tasty beverages we’ll have for you in the Enchanted Oasis Bar & Coatroom Cafe. 
  • 📸 PHOTO POLICY: We are an open photo policy event EXCEPT for inside the Coat Room Cafe (where we will have some burlesque-type performances). Otherwise please feel free to take pictures of all performers, DJ’s, art and stages! And remember to get consent when taking photos of individuals you don’t know.
  • 🤗 Get consent for hugs first - we're mostly a hugging community, but make sure you ask before you go for it.
  • 🧸 If you find yourself needing assistance or in an uncomfortable situation, please don't hesitate to let anybody on our production team or our amazing and easy-to-spot Care Bears know!
  • 🎒Bag searches will be in effect! Security greeters will be checking for prohibited items at the door (alcohol/weapons/etc). 

🧊 Want to learn a new dance move? Or meet someone who’s prepared for the zombie apocalypse? Come to Dr. Steve’s icebreaker event from 7:30pm - 8:30pm in the Bass Garden! Sweet Beats will be provided by DJ Yessman. 🧊

Make sure to join us in the Coat Room Café, a cozy vintage cabaret glowing with soft lamplight and late-night Valentines magic. Swoon to the gentle sounds of musical performers; get a little hot with the drag, burlesque, and acrobatics of the Variety Hour! ; and deepen connections over tea in Ceremony with Alf. All in the intimate setting of the Coat Room Café! ❤️‍🔥☕️
